HVAC Service Areas — Columbia & Maury County, TN
Our HVAC service areas in Maury County, TN all run from one shop at 1230 Industrial Park Rd, Suite 104, in Columbia, 38401. From there we run calls across Columbia daily, up US-31 to Spring Hill, and out to the Maury County towns below. Each town gets real service from the same shop — not a clone page with the town name swapped.

The services we run in every town on this page
The service list does not change by ZIP code — the same shop, the same written-price rule, and the same readings-on-the-invoice standard apply in every town above. What changes is which jobs each town calls for most:
Repair & emergency
AC repair, heating & furnace repair, heat pump service, and 24/7 emergency HVAC — the calls that come from Columbia in July and from every Maury County town on the first cold snap.
Planned work
System replacement priced repair-vs-replace, twice-a-year maintenance & tune-ups, and financing & warranty paperwork explained before you sign, not after.
Comfort & air
Duct repair & cleaning, dehumidifiers & air quality for humid river-bottom homes, mini-splits for additions and outbuildings, thermostats & zoning, crawl space & attic HVAC for the damp ground half of this county, ventilation & ERVs for tight houses that never get fresh air, and dryer vent cleaning when loads stop drying in one cycle.
Who lives here shapes when they call
Maury County runs on shifts and commutes. GM Spring Hill and its supplier plants, Maury Regional Medical Center, Tennessee Farm Bureau, Columbia State Community College, and Maury County Public Schools are among the county’s largest employers, and a long line of Columbia households drives up US-31 and I-65 toward Nashville every morning. Two practical results: a lot of our customers cannot sit home on a weekday waiting for a vague window, so we set real windows on the call and answer around the clock for emergencies; and a lot of January calls come from people whose work schedule hid a heat pump problem until the bill or the cold snap exposed it.
Employer list: Maury County Chamber & Economic Alliance (Maury Alliance), largest-employers overview — headcounts change, so we name employers, not numbers. How visits are set by distance — honest windows, not wishes
| Where | How we set the visit | Emergencies |
|---|---|---|
| Columbia, in town | Daily routes; the widest choice of windows, including same-day in all but the worst heat waves and cold snaps | 24/7, triaged by risk |
| Spring Hill & the US-31 corridor | A daily run, not a weekly one — Thompson's Station and the corridor ride the same route | 24/7, same triage |
| Mount Pleasant, Santa Fe, Hampshire, Culleoka | Regular Maury County routes; planned work set to the day, most calls same or next day | 24/7 — and we give you the real drive time on the call, not a guess |
| Chapel Hill, Lewisburg, Pulaski, Lawrenceburg | By appointment, grouped so the drive cost does not land on your ticket as a surprise | Call and ask straight: we will tell you if a closer shop serves you faster that night |
That last row is on purpose. A shop that would rather lose a far call than fake a fast arrival is a shop telling you the truth about the small stuff — which is where truth is cheapest to fake.
Directions the way Columbia gives them
GPS gets our trucks close. Landmarks get them to the right driveway. When you call, directions in these terms help more than a pin: “off Bear Creek Pike past the river,” “behind Columbia Mall off James Campbell,” “W 7th, two blocks from the square,” “out Santa Fe Pike past the Hampshire turn,” “near Riverwalk Park,” “by Chickasaw Trace,” “up Nashville Hwy toward Saturn Parkway.” We know those roads because we work them daily — US-31 is Carmack Blvd, then S Garden St, then Nashville Hwy as it leaves town; US-412 is Bear Creek Pike; SR-50 is James Campbell Blvd; SR-7 is Santa Fe Pike. Same town, four names for the map. Tell us the one you use.
Columbia is the Mule Capital of the World, and Mule Day week in April fills downtown and the square with visitors, campers, and out-of-town family in spare rooms. If your guest room’s mini-split or your upstairs zone matters that week, call about it in March — April in Columbia is busy for everybody, including us.
In one of these towns? Call the Columbia shop.
One shop, one number, the same written-price rule in every town on this page. Call the one number and we will set a real time window on the phone.
